Who Is The Neighbor?, Mixed Media, Marcia Carole

Here is the final card in the Good Samaritan set of cards for a children’s book and to share with whomever God puts in my path. I hope you have enjoyed these cards and they have encouraged you to see how much God loves you.

I’ve been wanting to write a blog on home remedies to “cure” cancer or slow it a bit. I have stumbled upon some of this information, some has been shared with me, and some I may have dreamed up while on chemo. So, here we go: Beta 1,3D Glucan, Tea Tree extract, two to three liters of water daily, Vitamin D3, lemons, sweet potatoes, Mozart music, whole foods, plant based diet, blueberries, Green Tea extract, Vitamin C, Beta Carotene, a quart of carrot juice daily, Heat Therapy(my personal favorite – being a cold, rain-drenched Seattlite), coffee enemas. (No comment.)

Turkey Tail mushrooms, all organic food, flax seed ground up, flax seed not ground up, omega-3 in liquid form, ionized water, distilled water, (no bottled water), quinoa, kale, no dairy or meat or soy or gluten – for the rest of your life. No Fran’s chocolates or sugar, cane syrup, corn syrup, modified sugar in any form, ever again. The no sugar crowd urges removal of aguave, honey and maple syrup from one’s diet as well. I think I can prepare cocoa beans ground up in my flax seed grinder, but no sugar. If anyone has some organic cocoa beans, can you send them to me? I’m missing chocolate.

Oxygen is perfect for curing cancer – cancer cells hate oxygen, I think I need an oxygen tent in which to sleep, or maybe an oxygen bubble like the Boy in the Bubble. Exercise will seriously hamper cancer cells because the cells get oxygen when one is jogging or walking about or lifting weights. Makes me seriously want to stop writing and go do a 5K.

This, I am certain, is only a partial list. More advice is sure to follow once I go to the naturapath at the end of the month. I am trying to eat really well without spending my entire day on food and supplements. However, with such dizzying information, one can see that the most certain possibility for healing me is prayer. My trust remains secure in the Lord and His goodness, healing power, mercy and kindness. He is my Great Samaritan! He is first place in my heart.

“You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the first and great commandment. —Matthew 22:37-38
