Lunch on Valentine’s Day 2014 was a very special time with many women at my church. The food was very tasty. All enjoyed the fellowship around the tables as we ate and shared a bit of our stories with new friends. Then, the art began!
After sharing a part of my story with my heart collage and Jesus’ heart for women, over 100 women had the opportunity to make an art piece to share what they most treasure in their hearts. It was such fun to see so many women creating and enjoying art making to share their “hearts!”
Within forty five minutes, the women were finishing up their creations. They then began sharing their stories around the tables.
Eventually, a few women came up front and shared their hearts with us. We committed our hearts to the Lord in prayer, and left feeling loved, encouraged and creative! Happy Valentine’s Day 2014.
